I’ve been working from home for over a year now and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

There are so many benefits to working from home, including being able to live wherever you want, travel, set your own schedule, not have to answer to a boss, not having to put your kids in full-time daycare, and more.

If you’ve been interested in working from home, I highly encourage you to take the plunge and do it. Plus, if you’re a night owl, it’s great to find a job you can work at night!

There are lots of legitimate work-at-home jobs out there. Whether you want to find something that gives you a bit of extra cash each month, or you’re looking to replace your full-time income… there are so many options.

Keep reading because I’ve rounded up 10 of my favorite work-at-home opportunities that pay up to 100k/year (what is a six figure salary?)

1. Teach English Online

Teaching English online is an excellent work-from-home job. It’s fun, flexible, and the pay is great!

There are a couple of different options if you’d like to teach English online:

If you have a Bachelor’s degree:

If you have a Bachelor’s degree in any field, then VIPKID is a company that hires online English teachers and pays up to $22/hr.Forbes recently ranked VIPKID as number 1 on “The Top 100 Work From Home Companies for 2017.”

There are VIPKID teachers who are making 75k/year and there are teachers who are working just a few hours a week and bringing in some extra spending money – the choice is yours.

VIPKID are currently hiring for online English teachers – here are the requirements to teach English with VIPKID:

If you’d like to work for MagicEars, submit your application here.

2. Facebook Ads Side Hustle

Since Facebook has changed their algorithm to show less business content and more content from your family and friends, it’s because incredibly important for small business owners to start running paid Facebook ads.

This is something that most business owners don’t have the time, desire, or skills to do.

That’s why Bobby from Millennial Money Man created the Facebook Side Hustles course – to teach people how to run successful Facebook ads for small businesses.

I’ve personally enrolled in the Facebook Side Hustles course and I’ve learned so much.

The course hasn’t even been launched for very long and there are already so many success stories from people who are making anywhere from $1000-$3000 or even more by providing this service to small business owners.
>If you’d like to start your own Facebook Ads Lead Generation business, check out the Facebook Side Hustle course.

3. Flea Market Flipper

If you love finding a bargain, then flipping is a great opportunity to make money from home. “Flipping” basically means that you buy items that are priced cheap because nobody sees any value in them, then you “flip” them for a profit.

A friend of mine, Melissa, and her husband started flea market flipping a few years ago. In 2016, they made $133,00 flipping flea market items, working around 20-30 hours a week.

Melissa and her husband have created an online course called Flea Market Flipperwhich teaches you how to find hidden treasures at places like flea markets, garage sales and auctions, then selling them for a profit on eBay and other online platforms.

To me, this sounds a really fun way to make money online! Flea Market Flipper is only open for enrollment certain times during the year, so it’s best to get on the waitlist here, if you’re interested in this opportunity.

4. Blogging

Blogging is my favorite work-from-home job, because it’s how I make a full-time income. A lot of people don’t even know that you can make money blogging, or they’ve heard of people doing it but they have no idea how.

I used to be the same – I had heard of people who made money blogging, but I was absolutely lost on how you actually do it.

Now I know, and I couldn’t imagine not blogging – I love it.
Would you like to make money blogging? If so, I’ve created a free 7-day eCourse that will teach you how to start your own blog, make it look professional, get readers, learn how to monetize it, and more.

5. Scopist

You might not have heard of scoping before – I hadn’t until I connected with Linda Evenson from Scope School and learned all about this fascinating work-from-home career.

Scoping is the process of editing legal documents for court reporters. Scoping is in high demand and the average scopist makes 30k-50k/year, with the opportunity to earn more if you’re willing to do rush jobs.

Linda has worked as a scopist for over 35 years and started Scope School to teach others how to start a career in this little-known field.
To learn more about scoping, enroll in Scope School’s FREE intro course.

7. Bookkeeper

Bookkeeping is something that every business owner needs to do, but the majority of them either don’t know how, don’t have time or just don’t want to be doing their books. Which also makes this a recession proof job.

As a bookkeeper, you can start your own business working for yourself and making up to $80/hr. One of the great benefits of this job is that it’s something that every business owner needs – if you’re earning money, you need to be keeping proper records.

As someone who runs a business online, I know how popular the virtual assistant field is and how in-demand high-quality virtual assistants are.

As a virtual assistant, your job tasks can be incredibly varied – everything from email management, creating graphics, managing Facebook groups, editing blog posts, managing affiliate payments… the list goes on.

This field is great to work in because you can set your own schedule, choose to niche down to a specific type of business or service, set your rate of pay and if you’re a great VA, you’ll start to get plenty of referrals.

One of the most popular courses to learn how to become a virtual assistant is called “5 Steps To Become a Virtual Assistant.”

9. Freelance Writer

10 Legitimate Work-At-Home Jobs That Pay Up to $100,000 a Year (1)Freelance writing was one of my first forays into making money online. I was super excited when I got my first check for an article I wrote while I was waiting for my plane to board at San Antonio airport – it felt so good that I made money when I’d usually have just been sitting there bored.

If you enjoy writing, then freelance writing can be a fun and lucrative work-from-home opportunity.

It can be somewhat difficult to break into this industry if you’ve never worked as a freelance writer before, and if you don’t have any connections.

I recommend enrolling in a course like “30 Days or Less to Freelance Writing Success” (that’s the course I enrolled in) to help you get started making money as a freelance writer.

10. Web Designer/Developer

Every business needs a website, and that means that they need a web designer/developer.

If you’re creative, have an eye for detail, and enjoy working on the computer, then you might enjoy working as a web designer or web developer.

I got into web design/development a few years ago with TeamTreehouse and while it’s not something I ended up pursuing as a career, the skills I learned have come in incredibly handy (especially when it comes to blogging.)

Depending on your skill level, you can earn a very good income as a web designer or developer.

One of the best places to learn web design and coding is TeamTreehouse. TeamTreehouse specializes in teaching everything from HTML & CSS to Javascript, Python and iOS (if those terms are foreign to you, don’t worry, they were to me, too. TeamTreehouse has an awesome way of breaking everything down and making it easy to understand.)
TeamTreehouse is offering a free 7-day trial so you can try them out and see if web design or development is something that you find interesting.

As you can see, there are lots of legitimate work-from-home opportunities, and it’s only going to keep on growing. In fact, the number of people who work-from-home grew over 110% in the past decade, according to CNN Money.

Working from home provides such flexibility and the opportunity to grow your income far more than if you were working in a traditional job, amongst many other benefits!
