Billing Start Date
means the date the billing of the Monthly Service Fees commences as indicated on the applicable Order Form. The Billing Start Date of the Monthly Service Fees for any Services ordered by Customer after the date of this Agreement which are incremental to Customer’s then-existing Services shall be the date the applicable Order Form is executed by Kronos and Customer.

Billing Start Date
