   Hi there

   The plane i was on was struck by lightning last week and had to return back to zurich. the flight was then cancelled and we were put on another flight the next due. are me and my party due compensation or not? Swiss Air have said it is an extraordinary circ*mstance. just interested to hear whether it is work taking up with SOP ADR?
