You can log in using your mobile number.
Enter it on Rush to receive an OTP via SMS.
Enter that OTP on the next screen and tap on 'Register'.
Tip: For seamless payments, keep your sign-up number on Rush, same as your Paytmmobile number.

Rush is a mobile first gaming platform.

You will be randomly matched with another Rush user who opted to playthe same game & chose the same table as you.

Currently, we don't have an option to play with friends. However, weare working towards getting the best features for you. So, stay tuned and keepcoming back to explore new features.

The minimum amount to play each game can be see on from the gameentry card.

If you don't get matched with an opponent, your entry fee will not be deducted.

At first, we try to reconnect you. But if your internet connectionremains weak and reconnection is not possible, then the game will end for you andyou shall lose the game and entry fee.

If you entry fee gets deducted due to a technical issue during thegameplay, we will refund it to your account.

No, pausing is not allowed. Games on Rush are time-bound and mostly multiplayer. So,pausing a game would keep the other players waiting. That's why we do not allow youto pause a game in the middle.

If you minimize the app, say, for receiving a call or answering amessage, you get disconnected from the server. In such a case, you lose the game andthe entry fee.

The live score is visible near the player's profile.

YIn such a case, your game will end, and you'll lose your entry fee.

The winnings will be credited to your Rush wallet as soon as you aredeclared a winner.

Cheating on Rush is prohibited, which includes hacking, or using morethan one account, or teaming up with players to increase scores.
Users guilty of cheating are blocked from playing games and withdrawing cash.They also lose their wallet balance and winnings.

RNG stands for Random Number Generator. This unbiased system ensuresthat the numbers appearing on the cube, brick or fruit pattern and the way cards aredistributed in games on Rush are completely random. As a result, all players winusing only their skills.

Bonus is the reward you get for taking certain actions as a Rush player. Forexample, you get a bonus when you sign up or buy a Rush VIP membership.

On certain tables, you can use a part of your bonus to play games. Ifyou win the game, the bonus amount goes back to your bonus wallet, which you canagain use to play. You do not get any winnings or bonuses if you lose the game.

Signup bonus is given only once per device per mobile number, some inthe Bonus Waller and rest as instant cash. If you haven't received the Signup bonusfrom Rush either in the bonus wallet or as instant cash on your current device ormobile number, contact our Customer Support.

You can see your Sign up bonus in your 'Bonus Wallet' or as instantcash.

Your referral reward money (Instant cash) will be credited to your Rush walletwithin 2 days of milestone completion.

You will get your referral reward money in your Deposit wallet. Earnings fromFriend’s Gameplay Rewards will be visible in the winnings wallet. You can also trackhow much money you have earned by going to the “My Referrals” section on theReferrals tab.

Yes, your referral reward money is 100% playable.

You can only withdraw Friend’s Gameplay Rewards as you receive it in your winningswallet.
Your earnings for other actions taken will get added to your deposit wallet andcannot be withdrawn directly.

You will get referral reward money on your referred friend’s first transaction(first deposit and first VIP membership) only.

If your friend is already registered with the Rush Free or Rush Pro app and tries touse your link to register again with the same number, then you will not get thereward money. So, ask your friend to register on the Rush Pro app using a differentnumber.
Note: Please make sure your referred friends open the link in the Google Chromebrowser to avoid missing out on the referral cash.

Depending upon the deposit package you choose, you could get:

No, currently, you can only have one Rush Avatar NFT. You will be able to acquiremore in the future.

All the 2D Rush Avatars have been replaced with their 3D NFT version. The old RushAvatar does not give you any extra earnings or entertainment. Thus, it is notavailable for Rush Pro players.

As per our Terms and Conditions, you cannot change the gender of your avatar on theapp. But you can change how your Rush Avatar looks by going to Account>> Tap on the‘Shirt’ icon on the top right, make the desired changes>> Tap on ‘Save’.

When you have reach the withdrawal limit of Rs.10,000, you must getKYC verification. Upload your PAN Card and get a KYC Verified Badge on your profile.

If you do not do KYC verification,you cannot enjoy unlimitedwithdrawals.

Your withdrawals on Rush involve a transfer of money. Hence, gettingyour PAN card and bank account details are mandatory.

Our KYC team usually takes up to 24 hours to verify the KYCdocuments. If an action is not taken on your KYC document even after 24 hours, youcan raise a issue ticket from the help section in the app.

Yes anyone can participate in the leaderboards that are live.

Yes, you can be a part of more than one leaderboard.

Leaderboards can be of 4 types basis the duration they are live for :
- Rapid Leaderboards : They are live for a Limited time period
- Daily Leaderboards : They go live at 12:00 AM and end at 11:59 PM on the daysthey're live for.
- Weekly Leaderboards : They are live for a week.
- Monthly Leaderboards : They are live for a month.

We have leaderboards for the following actions that can go live on Rush.
Speed Ludo: Keep playing the game to climb up the Ranks.
RAF Registration : Keep getting more friends to signup.
RAF Deposit Leaderboard : Get your friends to make their first deposit.
