Do you need help covering everyday expenses during the COVID-19 pandemic? You may be eligible for a tax-free Economic Impact Payment (EIP). These payments do not impact CalWORKs or CalFresh eligibility or benefits!

  • $1,200 per eligible adult
  • $2,400 per married couple
  • $500 per eligible child
  • Up to $3,400 for a family of four

By filing federal and state returns, you may also be eligible for cash-back federal and state Earned Income Tax Credits (EITCs), along with California’s new Young Child Tax Credit .
