How to change your MastercodeThe Mastercode will not unlock your door. It is an added security feature that is used to set up all functions.The default Mastercode is 0-0-0-0. It is recommended that you change it to a code of your own.1. Make sure the lock is unlocked and the door is open.2. Enter your Mastercode - for new install, default is 0-0-0-0.3. Press the lock button. You will hear one beep.4. Press 7.5. Press the lock button. You will hear one beep.6. Enter a new Mastercode. It must be between4 and 10 digits.7. Press the lock button. You will hear two beeps if successful. If you hear three beeps, it was unsuccessful. Repeat from step 1 slowly.

Enabling and Setting the MastercodeProgramming timeout: If no button is pressed for five seconds, the system will time out and you will need to restart the procedure.1. Keep door open. Press and HOLD the Program button until the keypad flashes green (about 5 seconds).2. Enter new Mastercode.3. Press Lock button once.4. Re-enter Mastercode.5. Press Lock button once.If programming is unsuccessful, the keypad will fl ash red three times with three beeps. Make sure the Mastercode has not already been programmed.
