1. Sign in to the mobile app and select the question mark in the corner to open the TurboTax Assistant.
2. If you're using the iOS app, type inTalk to a specialist and follow the prompts to be connected.
   • FreeEdition (without PLUS): This is not covered, so when you select Talk to a specialist, you'll be asked to add PLUS benefits first.

3. If you're using the Android app, selectGet live help and enter your question.

   • Select No thanks if you want a callback instead.
   • If you selected No thanks, be sure to also tap OK, sounds good to set up a callback.
