It's extremely hard to do it solo and you will have to fight much harder bosses than floor 20. You will also need a LOT of sustaining potions.
PoTD has it's own leveling system separated from the "outside" game world. You can raise "PotD level" up to 60, even if your character is, say, only lvl 15. But it rewards you with exp and tomestones (if you are at least lvl 50) after every successful completion of 10 floors.

This “Padjali War Scythe” is the same weapon that can be used in “Deep Dungeon (DD) Palace of the Dead”. In order to bring out this Padjali gear from the DD, you need to obtain 3 Aetherpool Grip in exchange for the “strength value 30 points” in the DD. DD's Padjali equipment is cool like summoning weapons of FF15.

You would basically need to complete Eureka up to the end of Pyros. you will need not only the 30 logos actions required to finish the weapon, unlocked in pyros by farming or buying logograms and googling a guide to creating actions by merging them, but all 50 logos actions to unlock the armor vendor.
IF you have friends that will carry you through PotD, then MAYBE less than two hours to finish the first 50 floors, which iirc is all you need to "clear" PotD and unlock HoH.
In short, you'll need to sacrifice a total of 90 Levels for one Kinna Weapon. Padjali Weapons are Lv. 60 (IL 235), while Kinna Weapons are Lv. 60 (IL 255).
Once you finish the sidequest, you can go into PotD as a level 1. You can use the lvl 60 job to unlock PotD and once it's unlocked, you can use any class. The lvl requirement is only for the quest and once done, no need to repeat.
It's best to do palace of the dead as the last thing you do in chapter 4 before you beat the game and go into CODA.
Dark knight is among the strongest jobs for palace imo. Dark Knight is easy mode for 180 boss with the living dead changes. Take the first meteor, living the second, take the third meteor.
I think a more realistic expectation assuming: ZERO upgrades, no carry, using matched party system with randoms, would be between 4 to 7 hours. And again, iirc you only need to beat floor 50 to "clear" PotD for HoH content. The PotD story actually concludes at floor 100. 101 - 200 is completely optional.
