Waterblight Ganon is a tough opponent, but it might just be the easiest of the creatures plaguing the Divine Beasts...
The fight with Waterblight Ganon will become significantly easier if you have a powerful bow and a good stock of arrows on you. This is especially important in the second fight when mobility becomes an issue. So, basically, just buy as many arrows as you possibly can.

Waterblight Ganon won't attack while the block is still in the air, so you don't have to worry about him. Stand directly opposite Waterblight Ganon and hit the ice block as many times as you can. Aim correctly, and it will fly straight into Waterblight Ganon's face, knocking him out.
Conclusion: The Moon is a fifth Divine Beast.
Zelda and her team never figured that out, but Ganon sure did. All that's left are the questions of what the Moon originally was for and how the Sheikah got it up there in the first place, which we can really only speculate on.
Dark Beast Ganon is the final boss of the game, and ironically, the easiest of all the larger-scale enemies. Like many other Zelda games, this beast form of Ganon can only be defeated with light arrows aimed at his most vulnerable areas, but this ends up being fairly easy to do.
Link's first opponent in the Sanctum is Windblight Ganon. The easiest of the Blights, Windblight Ganon can be reliably stunned with three Arrow shots to the eye.

5 Deflect Fireballs With Ice Arrows
What you want to do is quickly switch to your bow and detonate the fireballs in mid flight with arrows. As an added bonus if you use Ice Arrows they'll deal extra damage to Ganon if you want to fire a few arrows in his direction during the fight.

Flowerblight Ganon is a non-canon nickname given by the Zelda community to Magda, due to her injuring Link if he steps on the flowers she planted around the Hila Rao Shrine three times. Many consider Magda the hardest blight as well, as Link cannot attack NPC's in Breath of the Wild.
Once aboard, Link is met with various puzzles that are solved with his paraglider by utilizing wind tunnels throughout the Beast. Link can simply follow the flow of the wind, which makes Vah Medoh easier to navigate than the other Divine Beasts.
Fireblight Ganon can be a challenging boss for some in The Legend Of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild. His attacks might be slower than other creatures you've faced, but when they connect you'll feel it.
The frustration is only increased by not being able to get both health and stamina to their highest simultaneously, but 30 Heart Containers in Breath of the Wild is more than enough to defeat Calamity Ganon.

When Waterblight Ganon's health is low enough, he'll produce five ice blocks. Our advice remains the same: cast stasis on the first block and hide behind it, then charge it so that it flies back into his face. By this point, you should only have to close the gap and charge attack him one more time.
It can be disabled within the inventory if the player desires. Obtainment of the blessing requires the activation of the Main Control Unit of the Divine Beast. As such, leaving the Divine Beast without activation will not grant Link the blessing.

Do blight ganons get harder?
nope, its just the order that you did it in. The order I have to say goes: Windblight < Fireblight = Waterblight <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< Thunderblight. Thunderblight is easily the hardest of the 4 Divine Beast bosses, but even then, once you get his pattern down, he's still relatively easy to deal with.
Breath of the Wild's four Divine Beasts each have their upsides, but Vah Rudania is the worst of them.
Thunder Blight Ganon is considered to be the hardest blight in the game, whereas Fire Blight Ganon is considered to be the easiest.

Accepted Answer. You can get inside Ruta with only 4 shock arrows. You can take down Water Blight Ganonnwkth about 10 or so. Ancient Arrows also work well here.

Accepted Answer. - You don't refight the Blights in the Sanctum, as you've slain them already. - The lasers don't hit Calamity Ganon, so its health doesn't get reduced.
Go for Vah Ruta or Vah Medoh first. The game sets up Vah Ruta to be your first divine beast, it's closest, it's a simple Divine Beast, and Mipha's Grace is exceedingly useful when you start dealing with tougher enemies.
