What causes ban on Nintendo switch?
A banned Switch doesn't have access to any online gaming or the eShop. Users can't download games or update their Switch, either. Offline games still work, like those in old-school gaming consoles. Bans are often put in place after a user tries to hack or tamper with the console, or after buying pirated games.
When a Switch is banned it simply means that you can no longer use that Switch for any online activities including downloading updates in most cases. That means you can't access the Eshop, download games, play games online, etc.
Not that I'm aware of. Nintendo uses a lot of methods (not all known atm) for catching bans and the hacks that cause them to ban. You can spoof temporarily with some homebrew but I don't know of a way that lasts more than a few hours.
Go to the Nintendo Account website and sign in to your Nintendo Account. Click Reactivate to restore your account.
They don't ban instantaneous, they flag you then review your case later for the ban process.
If you do any form of piracy (installing . nsp files, think . cia of the 3ds) you will get banned as soon as you go online with the console (even if you don't launch the title)

Is it worth to jailbreak switch?
Jailbreaking your Nintendo Switch will void the warranty, though we're not currently sure if there's a way for Nintendo to tell if the console is jailbroken apart from by inspecting it physically. Due to the issues mentioned above, we wouldn't recommend jailbreaking your primary Nintendo Switch console.
The Nintendo Switch doesn't come with an inbuilt tracker, so you can't track it like other devices. But if you have the serial number of the device, you can contact customer support and report the theft. They can track your device using their database and may be able to help you find and recover it.
All firmware versions of unpatched Switch consoles can be modded using the Recovery Mode or RCM method. In addition, consoles with firmware version 1.0. 0 can be modded using Nereba, and versions 2.0. 0 to 4.1.
