What key is used to select multiple objects?
Select multiple objects. Press and hold Shift or Ctrl while you select the objects.
Press and hold CTRL. Select the next item that you want. Important Be sure to press and hold CTRL while you select the next item that you want to include in the selection.
Click on one of the files or folders you want to select. Hold down the control key (Ctrl). Click on files or folders that you want to select while holding the control key. Continue to Hold down the control key until you select all the files you want.
Press Ctrl+A on your keyboard to select all text in the document.
Another way to select multiple objects is to use the Magic Wand tool. With this tool, you click on an object to select it, and then hold down the Shift key and click on additional objects to add them to the selection.

Hold the CTRL key and click the items in a list to choose them. Click all the items you want to select.
Multiple items are selected by holding down SHIFT and clicking them with the mouse or by holding down SHIFT and pressing an arrow key to extend the selection from the previously selected item to the current item. You can also select items by dragging with the mouse.
Press and hold CTRL while you click the shapes, pictures, or other objects to group. You will need to select more than one shape, picture or object in order to enable the Group button. You can select all the objects on a slide by pressing CTRL+A.
