The length of training varies according to the division. Initial training lasts between 4 and 12 weeks, although on-going training takes place in the subsequent months and throughout an individual's career.
Where does training take place?
Initial training takes place in either New York or London. All new analysts participate in a worldwide analyst orientation programme for one week in New York. They then spend several weeks learning the specialised skills and products which vary by division.
