Only one thing that I would like to mention I’d ask for a natural doctor for Dogs a veterinarian. I waited hours and even called and I still never got a response for that one. Also are there any natural doctors for people too? A lot of people are in herbs and vitamins. It would be nice if you could add those specialist. I know a lot of your customers would appreciate it. But all in all all the people and specialists and doctors that I did talk to were very helpful. Very professional, very kind.

I was cooking dinner the other night and my daughter being a teen was playing around trying to pop open the raw can biscuits. Well 2 flew out and our dog ate them. I was so scared. Never dealt with this before so I go to Google and that’s where I seen JUST Answer and read through the reviews. It was worth a shot. They answered me right away which I was shocked about if I’m being honest.
They connected me to a vet who texted me and was very helpful. Asked questions about my dog, took the time to actually get to know her. Asked what the biscuits were made out of. If a certain ingredients was in them. Then gave me advice on what to do but that wasn’t all. He asked me to chat back later and let him know how my Roarie was doing. He really cared. I would highly recommend this app to others. And come to find out you can ask them questions about tons of other things not just animals. Thank you Paul for being there for my family at one of the scariest times we have went through.

My Service Dog injured his nail severely and I gave basic first aid care but wanted to confirm that I could give ** and how much for pain until he could see his vet the next morning. I was connected very quickly with the vet and he was very caring and gave me confirmation that my first aid was correct and of medicine I could give as well as dosage, also confirmed that there would be no interaction with current medication. I was told I could contact him directly if I had any other issues or questions through the evening and in the morning he checked that Jackson was doing ok. I was happy to let the vet know later that he was on antibiotics and pain medication and that he would be sedated and have the entire nail removed as it was severely damaged. I would highly recommend if you have a situation or question that does not require emergency vet care.

He gave me a few ideas as to what was wrong with my refrigerator which I appreciated. I paid $2 to speak to someone and then noticed a charge of $40. I didn’t know about the charge and found it to be a bit high. I believe the advice I get from Norcold should be free since I paid a lot of money for my trailer and their product is defective.

The interaction with the technician was great. Very professional and experienced. Most of the communication was texting by mobile phone. I realized afterward that the technician's phone number was from California and I will be charged extra on my mobile bill because I don't have free texting to USA. It is disappointing that I wasn't made aware that I was texting to USA. I would like to know how to avoid this in future. Thanks

I was giving my husband his ** and I dropped one. Like lightning my dog had it. I tried getting it but found nothing in her mouth. I called our Vet and the recording gave me the emergency number. I called and they were 75 miles away. Out of desperation I went to Google and wrote, “my little dog just swallowed 1200 mg **. What can I do?” I scanned the options and picked the one with 24/7 emergency call with a vet. The viral asst contacted me immediately, asked me some questions about the incident and dog..and immediately connected me with a vet. Phew! They were precise in their instructions, step by step telling me what to do. I followed their advice and 2 days later, she is fine! I am so grateful how everything played out. They helped me save my baby girl.

Rushed my cat to the 24-hour vet hospital when I realized he was ODed on his traveling sedative about nine hours after the last dose. The instructions were blurry and partially illegible because another liquid sedative leaked on label plus my truck's interior lighting isn't the brightest. l His symptoms were startling and dramatically more profound than when he exited the truck so much so that that the last time I'd seen cats with some similar symptoms they were irreversibly dying. Soooo...arriving at the hospital I was shocked and grief stricken...to find it had no vets on duty. Staff said another SHOULD be open (and staffed with a vet?) about 40 minutes away and also mentioned a couple of on-line companies dealing with veterinary and related poisoning issues. I decided to return home (seven minutes away), jump on the computer, and contacted this company which staff recommended I contact first.
Started the chat conversation, gave my credit card info, some preliminary questions to initially sort my case's symptoms/condition, and chatting with the vet went quickly. However, I realized a phone call would be much simpler and quicker--another charge, but worth it to me. The vet's opinions allayed my fears (which turned out to be correct), saved me a 40 minute cross town trip, and saved me the normal expenses of what I've come to expect from an after hours facility--minimally $180. Additionally, my chat line was 'left open' about 12 hours and monitored in case my cat's condition worsened or for additional discussion. A final query about his condition was pleasantly surprising and appreciated. This website is now another medical resource for especially after hour vet care. REALLY happy about this experience!

Hello. I have asked for simple help, unfortunately the expert has deleted my D drive and he said this is not under his hand, I have asked for their support during 24h, but not one is able to provide me any solution to my issue. This service is not recommended since there are some "expert" as they called don't have any competency. Thanks.

Unable to go to sleep with light to moderate chest pain I got online and began a dialog with Just Answer. Having very good health I was not used to this discomfort, fearing of course a possible cardiac event. Just Answer asked for information and concluded that I likely had torn pectoralis muscles from some late afternoon activity, suggesting that I take some over the counter medications for pain and swelling. The diagnosis was correct. 36 hours later the discomfort was 90% gone. Outstanding service. I received a phone call from Just Answer after the online session. Very professional.

Expert confirmed my specific thoughts on what was wrong when I'm driving the motorhome and my 12 volt vehicle power blipped off and back on on bumpy roads. My motorhome is a 1996 and grounds get corroded over time. I merely went under and through my motorhome looking for ground points, and cleaned them up and securely fastened them back. No more blips.

Yes, I will recommend Mintmobile to friends especially my Canadian Snowbird friends. I am not technically savvy on phones but over the course of 24 hour period including eating and sleeping, I was able to switch to this provider with only the help from "Just Answer" and the video that the app suggested. It is the first time I have been able to do anything like this. I'm pretty proud of myself for getting it done.
